You will receive the incentive upon successful completion of your referrals first 13-week assignment. If your referral extends his or her assignment (must be consecutive) you are eligible for an additional $500 incentive. Statistically about 70% percent of contracts are extended. In addition, United Healthcare Associates also offers a $500 incentive for every Healthcare Professional that goes to work for us even if you are not on assignment or do not work for United Healthcare Associates. There is no limit to how many Healthcare Professionals you can refer!
